Catherine Street Apartments

Catherine Street Apartments offers 20 affordable apartments, 10 one-bedroom and 10-two bedroom. All apartments have Section 8 project-based vouchers and are eligible to individuals with their own section 8 certificates. Tenant rents based upon individual income amounts. Leasing is by Cornerstone Property Managers and an income requirement of 60% Aggregate Median Income (AMI) or lower is necessary. In addition to the application, the following documentation is required:

• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Photo ID
• Award letter(s) showing benefits income
• Proof of employment income (if applicable)
• Bank statements for checking/savings/assets
