Star Park Apartments

Star Park Apartments offers 20 affordable apartments, 10 one-bedroom and 10-two bedroom. All apartments are section 8 eligible, but do not have Section 8 project based vouchers. Leasing is done by Cornerstone Property Management and an income requirement of 50-60% Aggregate Median Income (AMI) or lower is necessary. In addition to the application, the following documentation is required:

• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Photo ID
• Award letter(s) showing benefits income
• Proof of employment income (if applicable)
• Bank statements for checking/savings/assets
