Would you like to earn money while pursuing education and experience towards a career?
Helio Health Inc. is currently offering two programs that will provide financial stipends to individuals who want to prepare for a career working with individuals with substance use disorders and their families. Qualified individuals can select one of the following SUPERCARE programs:
SUPERCARE CASAC Program
Start Dates: July 7, 2023 (To be considered application must be received by June7th)
350 Hour CASAC Credentialing course offers the credit hours required for each of the four sections of the CASAC application.
500 hours of onsite training with Substance Use treatment experts.
Monday through Friday, 8:30am-11:30am; 350 Hour CASAC Credentialing course
500 hours of onsite training with Substance Use treatment experts. Training begins after completion of 350 hours course
Stipend: The stipend will be available based on program achievement in several areas of coursework, including the CASAC-T application process and certification

CASAC exam prep course
Year Two – Paid Apprenticeship Positions Available
SUPERCARE CRPA Program
Start Date: January 24, 2023
46 Hour Certified Recovery Peer Advocate course approved ASAP-NYCB training center (IC&RC / CRPA).
Job development, exam prep, and re-credentialing programming included.
500 hours of onsite training with Substance Use treatment and peer experts
46 Hour Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) course.
Job development, exam prep, and re-credentialing programming included.
500 hours of onsite training with Substance Use peer experts.
Stipend: The stipend will be available based on program achievement in several areas of coursework, including the CRPA application process and certification

Job development
CRPA exam prep course
Continuing education hours required for CRPA recertification.
Year Two – Paid Apprenticeship Positions Available
What is the SUPERCARE Program?
Substance Use Peer/Counselor Experiential Readiness Course for Addiction Rehabilitation Employment
is designed to expand the behavioral health workforce in an eight-county region, including Broome, Cayuga, Cortland, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, and Tioga counties
Individuals who complete the classroom and onsite training requirements for either SUPERCARE program are eligible for a corresponding paid Apprenticeship position, or Full/Part Time position within Helio Health, Inc. or another approved treatment provider setting.*
